Convenient and unbeatable location right across the road from the Convention Centre. Booked a brand-new room with access to the lounge and WiFi. A lot of outstanding options for meals. Such an enjoyable stay for two nights

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a private safe and pay TV. The bathroom had a roll in shower, which was great. The location was magnificent, for example, Shoreline Village was within walking distance of the hotel. This property was located in a nice area.
The staff was not always friendly.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying an amazing area, close to Queen Mary as well as Long Beach for business. The room was tidy and new-fashioned, with a comfortable bed and a hot tub, as well as lovely large bathrooms. Truly enjoyed our nice stay there a lot.

The hotel and service was really nice! The buffet breakfast was yummy...chef made omlettes, waffles, potatoes, many fruits/cheeses, and pastires, etc. :)
We had to pay $18.00 per night to park...and you have to pay everywhere you go to park. I would recommend parking @ hotel, and walking everywhere. It was close to the shoreline village shopping and many restaurants, etc. Other than that, very nice trip.

We stayed on the 11 floor it was beautifull. But the elevators were so slow it was really bad. The vallet staff was the best ever Robert and the big guy in the suit were awsome. They are the face of your hotel the first and last ones seen so you should really take care of them. Hell i waited a half hour to give the big guy a tip. But he was helping someone to their room. But belive me ill come back by to give it to him Thanx again JERRY BETTS/ CORONA CA
